I've seen both. They do have some genuine leather items, but they're usually marked clearly and are more expensive. Most of the 'leather' is synthetic.

I don't think so, they usually only let you use one code at a time. Free shipping usually kicks in automatically over $50 anyway, so you might not need a code for that.
